At the foot of an old vineyard, this air-conditioned cottage of 25m² with a capacity of 2 people, opens directly onto a large independent terrace, in the middle of a vast garden and by a large heated swimming pool.
Throughout the year, and for a minimum of two nights, this cottage will allow you to make a stopover near Bordeaux and discover its magnificent region.
Here you are in Gradignan, a small and very green town ideally located in the heart of the prestigious vineyards of the AOC Pessac-Léognan, barely 3 kilometres from the sources of Caudalie, 20 minutes from the city centre of Bordeaux (about 10 kms) and 45 minutes from the ocean beaches and the Arcachon bassin.
Bordeaux and Bordeaux train station are directly accessible by public transport, so you don't have to take the car to get there.
Inside
The cottage offers a large, bright room with parquet flooring, of about 25 m2, very pleasant to live in, with quality bedding (in modular beds: either two single beds of 80X200, or a double bed of 160X200), storage cupboards, television and Wi-Fi access. The kitchen area is discreet and equipped for simple cooking. A bathroom is adjoining the bedroom, with walk-in shower and sink. The toilets are separate.
Outdoors
The garden and the heated swimming pool from June to September are to be shared with the owners.
In the heart of a large garden of 2000 m2, surrounded by bamboo, the terrace of the cottage opens directly onto the swimming pool. It is equipped with garden furniture with a wooden table and colourful chairs, as well as a Spanish plancha that will allow you to cook in the open air. From the terrace you have direct access to the swimming pool (equipped with a salt electrolysis system) of 10 X 4 meters, heated from June to September. You will also find outdoor activities.
